Summer Cocktail: Moscow Mule

Even if you don’t like vodka, just saying “Moscow Mule” makes this a go-to summer cocktail. It’s basically a Dark n’ Stormy with vodka subbing for rum. Just be sure to use good ginger beer. Cheers!
MOSCOW MULE
1/4 cup vodka
1 1/2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons simple syrup
Ginger beer
Candied ginger, for garnish
Fill a glass with ice. Add the vodka, lime juice, and simply syrup. Top with ginger beer.
Serves 1
